C.H.L – Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and manage our schedule effectively.

• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full cost of the treatment, which will be charged accordingly.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the £50 deposit.
